Not adhering to the Covid - 19 protocol

I went to shell garage on the M3 in Claremont paradise road for snacks. The Cashier on duty who's Godfrey was coughing uncontrollably. He had his mask on hanging on his neck over chest. While he was coughing he did not sanitize at all. He had a nerve to ask why was i looking him with an attitude. I told him my concerns of him coughing like that not wearing a mask and not sanitizing, he gave me 1 hell of an attitude saying he was not sick and it's not any of my concern meanwhile I'm the 1 buying from his work place and his the only person that accepts money from petrol attendents and walking customers. He is very rude and ******** about the covid-19 and numbers that are increasing in the southern suburbs. I'm truly disappointed and disturbed by this behavior.
