Not a happy client this time around

Not a very good experience this time. I went to shell Boulevard today during my lunch to fill up I normally have a great experience there but today I recieved the worst every to a point where I did not want any other services besides fill up. I came in waited in a Q of cars. When I see an open space, Eric kebonga (whom he says is a supervisor) stopped me from going to the available space and a lady that came after me was then requested to enter. She had already passed me. I told him I was not happy with the fact that he stopped me and yet I was also in a hurry since I am on lunch but waited my turn like everyone else. And yet, I get assisted last. Not a happy client today at all..
