No services at all

Shell New Road is the worst garage ever. The staff have no sense of urgency whats so ever. I had to wait for a good 15 minutes to get service. The garage is not full but the staff is just standing and talking to each other if not on their phones. Can Shell SA please pay me back my 15 minutes because now I am late for a meeting. You guys suck beyond measure.
