No service at the till

Today at around 6:30-7 I filled my car at Shell Baobab (before Tarlton)..the service from the petrol attendant was great. I then decided to go inside the "inconvenience" shop when I got to the till the till operator just went on with counting the money,did not acknowledge my presence after waiting unattended I decided to leave as I was not getting the service I will be paying for. What happened to customer service!! and prioritising the customer!!I'm appalled.
