No responsibility for damage to my vehicle

<p>I went to Shell, in Sparks Rd Durban. This was my favorite petrol station, and I would drive out of my way just to fill up there. The attendants are always super friendly. On this particular day, whilst being guided to the pump by an attendant, he signalled that I move my car forward next to the pump. My buymper then hit the kurb of the pump. I only hit the kurb because the attendant motioned me to move my car forward. I then spoke to the 'junior manager' and she said that they would not take responsibility for the damage and are not accountable for any mistakes made by their employees. This kind of attitude and lack of responsibility for the damage to my vehicle is a real shame. I implore them to watch the video footage of the incident that was recorded by their cameras - and to see for themselves who caused the damage to my vehicle.</p>
