No petrol received in my car

I'm very unhappy and disappointed on the 01/05/2026 I poured petrol at Protea South S/S of R250 and the management doesin even want to take nor listen to my complain , when I reached home my gauge was showing that I haven't poured petrol my gauge was already showing its light The guy that poured petrol for me was Malunga...... The manager on duty her name is Kefilwe she doesin even know head office details she's telling us to google that information so unprofessional of your manager that can't provide details of the company which she's working for. So I please need this matter to be looked into very seriously of your petrol pumps not in a good service and what is the solution to this matter cause I had to come back to the very same service station and pour petrol I urgently need feedback please asap 😡😡😡😡😡
