No Help at all

I feel compelled to write a formal complaint after the ********** service we received yesterday afternoon.<br> <br> On our way from work subsequently My Aunt , got a flat tire lucky enough we were close to the Shell garage that has opened 2 weeks ago in Blairgowrie.<br> We arrived there and my aunt asked them to fill up as well and pump the tyre. We were informed by the petrol attendant that we got a puncture.<br> My aunt decided that we will change the tyre which we attempted. Unfortunately all the correct tools we not in the boot causing us to ask the petrol attendant.<br> We were always answered with ' No we don't have ' and carried on with their personal doings.<br> We eventually received help from a passerby.<br> <br> My complaint is not about the tools or should I say the Lack thereof. It's about the putrid service we receive. <br> In the hour we stood there not one attendant came by to ask if we were okay , needed help or evens a simple sorry we could not help.<br> The manager Derrick was inside and was just as nonchalant.<br> What if it was any later , We were three Ladies.<br> <br> Come on Shell is this really the customer service you want to offer? I guess now we see why the competitor is always full of cars with happy
