No customer service

Your service at Shell Ultra City N1 South is pathetic. I was standing for some time to be attended to, eventually an attendant approached me and asked if I was attended to yet and I said no. He simply threw his hand in the air and walked off.

I however remained and still waited for someone to attend to me, but was still left waiting. I ended up driving off without receiving any fuel or service.
