No Covid 19 protocols obeyed at Shell Ultra City Middelburg, N4 West

I stopped at Middelburg ultra city (N4 West) to get something to eat..

There was a lady preparing panini bread with her bare hands. No gloves was worn at all. I ask her, why is she not wearing gloves while she prepare the food in a time like this Covid 19 pandemic. She said she is not wearing glove because she dont have. I complaint at the casher. After she did speak to her, she took out gloves underneath the counter.

This is totaly unacceptable. At least 12 rolls was prepaired without wearing gloves. At least 12 people could get infected because protocols was not obeyed. Whey do our Ptesident and the command council put this rules an regulations if some people dont obay these rules. And this in a public food outlet????
