NEVER USE THIS STATION - Shell petrol station on Taurus road

My husband stopped to put in petrol and oil at the Shell garage on Taurus road yesterday (in Sundowner). When the petrol attendent changed the oil he forgot to put the oil cap back on. My husband drove 40km's without the cap and upon leaving work at the end of the day couldn't get the car started. Once replacing the oil and cap and trying to wash all the oil off the engine he went back to the petrol station to be told they will give him back his money for the oil and wash the engine. This morning the car won't start which means the oil caused damage to the engine. When going back to the station we cannot speak to the owner but only get the manager who can't give us any answers about what they will do to fix the damage caused. We have been waiting 2 hours with no solution and no answer from the owner. Pathetic service - this is not how you run a business.
