Never again..!!!

Good morning. I'd like to be assisted with one rude employee from Shell garage Kroondal Eastbound name is Tebogo, who actually has the nerve to tell me that his not there to serve me when asked to wash my windscreen and refused until I called his supervisor and and he continued with his bad attitude in front of his superior. I honestly don't appreciate such behaviors especially from someone who should know his duties without being told or asked.
