Negligence

I took my car to shell car wash in Eastgate and I was called by the supervisor saying there is a problem. When I got there I found the front of my car plunged to a metal pole. Not the owners are dragging their feet when comes to paying for the damage caused to my car. Negligence. I would not recommend that car was to my enemy.
