Negligence

I went to fill up my tank as I do every week at shell garage in Plumstead, next to the kwikspar. However on arrival at home I noticed that my windscreen wiper was completely broken. The attendant had washed my windows and obviously did not handle it with care as they were perfect and practically new. If I cannot assemble it, I will be going back to them to replace it. Poor negligence on there part.
