my nightmare at Shall garage

on Wednesday 04/07/2018 around 5pm, i went to pour petrol at the Shell garage in Mayville by the Checkers Hyper. it wasn't busy but i had to hoot for the attention of the petrol attendants as they just stood there and ignored me while i was at the pump. after a while an attendant by the name of John walked slowly towards my car then just stood by my window without even greeting, but i ignored that. he poured the petrol then when he was done, i was still looking for my bank card so i could pay. when i found it, he snapped at me rudely that i should have told him i was paying with a card instead of letting him just stand there cause he would have fetched the speedpoint. then when i told him about my Clicks points card, he shouted, even more, displaying irritation that i should have give him the Clicks card before the bank card. he was so rude and unprofessional. he just had bad attitude. he lacked customer service. this displays a very bad reflection towards Shell as a company and it is unacceptable.
