Money not reversed

Shell garage/ filling station (Marlboro) they billed my account incorrectly, when servicing me. They swiped my card twice, without explaining that they have technical problems with the machine. I spoke to the manager who also was rude to me. He claimed it’s not his problem that the machine is faulty. Eventually he said my money will be reversed in few minutes but till today nothing has been reversed. This incident happened 13/09/2023 around 07:20 am. My contacts are ***
