Money not accepted

I visited the Shell Garage in Knysna Road,George. I paid for my fuel with a LEGAL R200 note (diamonds at the bottom of the note) and was busy leaving the premises when I was called back because they do not accept the R200 note. I had to draw money at their atm to pay for the fuel even though I had drawn money earlier in the day where this particular R200 note came from the banks atm. The reason provided was that they do not accept these old R200 notes as this is the law!!! The reserve bank states that all businesses and retailers is obliged to accept them as this is legal tender. I want to warn all to avoid using this Shell Garage in Knysna Road, George as they treated me like a ******** even though they were at fault. This garage will never see me again!
