****med at Shell petrol station

So i go to shell on Cnr New Road & 6th Avenue in Midrand, i pour R100 worth of Petrol i realize that nothing went in i confront the attendant, she becomes very defensive than from the she keep on saying she told me to look at the meter screen cause it started at 0 i tell her iam not accusing her of anything maybe this an issue with the gas pump, long story short i call is made to the owner than the guy leterally said people have been complaining about same issue thats why he asked his employees to tell customers to look at the pump that its at 0 so if its a 0 and nothing comes out its none of his business i should tell Shell cooperate that their pumps are not working, so yah never got what i paid for ended up going to another Gas station.
