Today I went to Shell Garage Zoo lake in Kraaifontein and I went there to put air in my wheels.The surprise was the petrol attend told me that if I am not putting petrol they won't assist to put air and I ask him to put air because I normal use the Garage to put petrol.

My wife went to the same Garage to buy gas and she had to take the tank out of the car and after they gave her a full tank and she asked them where can she put gas and the guy told she must put at the booth.The white lady said no you cannot put a gas in the booth and it can cause a lot of a danger because of petrol.

Supervisor is unprofessional and every time you ask them why guys doing this .The answer is the instruction from management and the owner which I said the other day I would like to see the owner.

The other day I went to put petrol to the same Garage and they told me that management does not want to do an service with me so I must not come and put petrol that Garage ever again.
