Mall@reds shell garage

<p>I have been going to this Shell garage every morning at about 7 O'clock. First and far most the service is very poor at there shop,they do there cashups and " change over" at there most busy time in the morning - this takes alot of time and the fustration is huge. So they ask me to use the next till, When i go to the next till they help the person behind me at the same till they just told me was closed!!!! and the till they just told me to go to is no busy with "change over" they ring up the things i bought and then just look at me while i hold my card to pay....... after 5 min i just walked out and left the goods. This is not the first time this has happend but today wasthe last. The service is poor and i would sugest that the " change over" takes place before the people come storming in waiting inpatiently for service, if there is ANY!!!!! You will never see me again and i will make sure to tell averybody i know about this.</p>
