Large piles of trash being dumbed by the employees of Shell Midrand

Hi there, there is a serous problem at Shell in Midrand next to the Samrand Business park. Due to lack of the municipality picking up the trash there is a huge amount of trash being dumbed behind the garage by the Shell & Steers staff. We have spoken to them a number of times. Now the trash services are working again but the dump site has not been handled. Can someone please do something about this
