Kommetjie petrol attendant attempts to pick-pocket husbands wallet

I sent this to Shell via Facebook. Their response was to redirect me to another department. If my initial effort to draw this to their attention is not good enough, I instead will redirect it to this platform.

My husband put petrol in at your station Kommetjie. He was the only customer in the forecourt by the time it was his turn to be served . While he was waiting as the petrol attendant pumped the petrol, he felt a tug on his jean front pocket and was shocked to discover the hand of another petrol attendant trying to remove his wallet from his pocket. (he usually struggles himself to remove it)

My husband slapped his hand away and asked him what the hell he was doing, his reply was “ it’s only a joke, Madala” . This guy then had a damn good look at the contents inside the Bakkie payload and commented on that to my husband , to try and "pally pally” backpedal from his actions .

Is this standard behavior for Shell attendants? PLEASE NOTE, THIS WAS NOT the attendant who served him.

My husband said nothing more and just "got the hell out of Dodge City” . On the 10km trip home, he actually felt very shaken and had a pain in his chest

My husband usually avoids this particular petrol station because of an attempt there to ***** him years ago, but he happened to be in Kommetjie on an errand and decided to risk a visit. So it’s not like this attendant knew or recognized him from any previous recent visits. Weird wierd wierd
