Kagiso Shell service station, poor customer service and attitude cashier,

Kagiso Shell service station ,Geba Street, very poor customer service. I'm so disappointed and frustrated by their cashier by the name of Ruzani. She have attitude and behave like she own it. , what the hell does she think she is. I'm going to take this issue forward , She will know how to work with customer. I stand for long waiting for my turn to be served , when my turn come she just looked at me and stopped serving customer, she kept on arguing with people on window like they are her kids, if supporting local business is that then I'm done . I can't wait for long on que to pay and she just ignored me like I'm going to pay on credit. I asked her if she will help me or not , she responded with an attitude and said " sister wait don't you see im busy, i have two hands" I asked her where is the other lady ? She then reply " hey miss I said wait, I'm busy" she then continue to scream through window.
