JETRO a rude petrol attender

I just terrible service from Shell Garage Crystal Park. The petrol attenders "Jetro" left me waiting on the petrol pump bcos he wanted to serve a customer who was driving a bigger car than me, when I asked him why is he doing that his respond was "that car is been waiting long b4 I got there. What I wanted to understand why did he left me waiting for a car that was not before mine.
