Jeep eyeglasses Shell Kokstad

Kindly assist with below:

On 28/05/2021 I drove in the Shell Garage in Kokstad around 17:19 -17:50 , I came from the back where buses parked driving a white Corolla quest and I parked in the designated parking next to big waste bin and I went inside the shop wearing a navy check blazer. I bought energy drink then I went out back to the car.

After I left while driving back to Durban around 19:33 I started looking for my eyeglasses and I couldn't find them I even stopped the car on a side checking everywhere in the car but my eyeglasses were not there, I then remembered that while I was at the garage I had them with me then I quickly called the garage at 19:35 and I spoke to a lady and asked her to check for my glasses and the lady took my number and she said to me she will check and call me back.

3 hours later I realized that I am not receiving any call from the garage as promised, I then call again at 23:39 and I spoke to the same lady and she said to me they checked everywhere but they couldn't find my eyeglasses. But then just because I was definitely sure that I had my glasses when I was in the garage I was definitely not satisfied with the feedback from this lady.

On 08/07/2021 I drove from Durban to Kokstad and I went to Shell Garage where I spoke to the lady who was a cashier around 14:30 and 15:30 and she told me that they did find my glasses after I have called but then they were hoping that I will call back so that they will tell me, I asked of she can give them to me she just looked next to cigarette and told me that eyeglasses were somewhere there but then she couldn't find them she will have to ask the night shift staff. She took my number and promised that she was going to call me but then I did not received any call as usual.

Today 17/06/2021 I drove to Kokstad again to check and I did find the same lady who is a cashier around 15:00 this lady just told me that she did not find my eyeglasses she did ask the night shift staff and that was it. As I left the Garage I just thought this is unfair to me that I can get told that they did find my eyeglasses and then went disappeared again and then I must just forget it like that for the eyeglasses I paid R2600 for it.

I hope you will take this matter very seriously and you will help me with justice to this.
