Clement firstly incorrectly filled my vehicle to an amount we never discussed followed by thereafter reaching into my car to take my Petro card invading my personal space and privacy.

Very poor service from the quality marshall on the forecourt and having to sit and wait for 20 minutes is unacceptable.
