Insults & threat of physical violence on female

Shell Garage service station 50 Bath Avenue, Rosebank, Johannesburg between 19:50 and 20:05 on Thursday 22 October 2015. There was a special for two 500ml coca cola 500 ml drinks for R17.50, to which a scratch card competition was attached. I bought the two drinks incentivised by the scratch card competition. Informed by the attendant that I could not get the accompanying scratch card because the manager had gone to Hyde Park and had left with the keys for the next batch of scratch cards. We agreed that I would pass by later on my way home to pick up the scratch card I was entitled to. At 19:50 I re-entered the store. New attendant. I informed him that I was here earlier, I had bought two cool drinks, and that the manager had left with the keys with the scratch card, and the previous attendant had said I should return later. He said he had not received the message from the previous attendant. I returned with the receipt. He refused. I asked for the manager or the garage's contact details. He then called me a dog several times. he said I was mentally ill. Threatened to hit me and then actually swiped at my face. I didn't flinch so he called me a dog again. Left without scratch card.
