Insulted by the Petrol Attendant

I went to fill up petrol at the Shell station on Mandela drive Witbank at around 11am on 7 Feb. 2015. When I arrived there I found that all the tanks were occupied so I queued behind the one car so that I maybe assisted after he is done. I waited for about 5 to 10 minutes then da tank next to me became vacant n another car moved in, seconds later the car infront of me had filled up n I moved up to be serviced but the attendant (Martin) chose to go help the guy next to me who had just arrived while I had been waiting there much longer. I opened my window n complained telling him that I had arrived first and therefore should receive service first. he responded in a very rude manner. I then went inside to try and find the manager and was informed that he was not there. I told the attendant that I would report his behaivour then he responded by saying ''I DONT GIVE A ****, JUST GO TO HELL''. I turned around and went back to my car feeling very humiliated as he was shouting at me saying ''GO TO HELL'' atleast 3 times as I was walking to my car. I dont understand how Shell can have employees that insult their customers like this. This man humiliated me infront of all other customers ther
