INSULTED !!!!!!

I visited your Shell garage in Dorp Street Stellenbosch yesterday 25/03/2024. I stopped at the pump and explained to the attendant that I want R200 petrol and I'll do a split payment. R100 on my card and R100 from my V+ rewards card. He then said I have to go pay inside. I found that odd as I've never had to do it that way but nevertheless I went inside anyway. I wait at the cashier and explain to her and she understood and we waited for the petrol attendant to be done. Then time comes to pay and she asks me for a pin for my V+ card. In my life I've never had to have a pin keep in mind I use shell DAILY amd accumilate point daily as I drive from Cape Town CBD to Stellenbosch daily and everytime I use point at the shell next to Kloof street I don't get asked for a pin. They then called a guy named Meyer. He was very polite to start of with. He explained to me what we need do. Keep in mind I was already waiting for about 20 mins. I then asked him how long this will take. This is where his mood started changing. He first ignored me, I asked again to which he responded ' I don't know'. We then called the call center and they tried numerous times to send a OTP an dan just nothing comes through. I eventually got so annoyed and fed up I ended up just paying in cash. Meyer then afterwards still felt he needs to have a final say and told me if I don't get a OTP this is not my card and I've never used the card ( after I have showed him 6 different slips of me using my V+ card DAILY ) suggesting that I'm actually not the owner of my card? I felt so insulted that he would seriously suggest I stole a card to throw in R100 petrol. I was so annoyed at this point I asked him to just give me the number of the person in charge. I then proceeded to walk to my car but just before I left the store O heard the cashier say out loud infront o fm everyone including customer ' uSilly' and she didn't think I understood. Her name was Patricia or thats the name she gave me, but she's the one wearing glasses behind your till area yesterday. I just wanted to inform you of what a embarrassing and insulting experience it was to to be insulted by your staff infront of everyone. This probably means nothing to you but after this experience I literally just threw the V+ card away and I will in my life never use a Shell again and as far as I can I would not recommend it to anyone. I don't want anything from you I just want to inform you of how your customers are being treated.
