Inconsiderate and Pathetic Service and Feedback

I am utterly disappointed with feedback i have received from Shell in regards to my complaint. Cindy *** contacted me and i relayed the complaint to her, she said she will investigate and got back to me today stating i can not use the shell garage i have used for over 20years because of a dispute i had with the service attendant, which may i state was resolved between the attendant and I. I honestly feel like Cindy is bias as she has built a relationship with the owner of the garage, upon me telling her i will take this further she said go ahead because the query will come to her and the end result will be the same, she has no sense of customer service or satisfaction!
