Inconsiderate and disappointing etiquette

Shell ultra city Kroondal East N4 garage are the worst. From being charged R660 for R200 fuel, that was supposed to push me up until Pretoria north I had to turn back to the garage drive back 64km when I noticed I was overcharged, passing a toll that costs R27.00 3 times in 2 hours , and they could do was refund me R460 and a sorry... how does that sorry get my fuel or toll money? It's the same as not getting what I paid for moes?! I'm really disappointed at how you treat your customers.
