<p>On the 2nd of July went to refill petrol at shell garage in cosmo city and Linda the cashier kept the petrol attendee waiting to release his tag so he can refill the next car and he was already given the money for car that left. He kept us waiting for over 15 minutes. That petrol garage always have these long never ending que and I never understood until I had to see this. If we have people like Linda surely people will think the customer service is poor just because of one person who want to be begged to do his job.</p>
