Incident at Shell Garage Edwin Swales

Dear Sir, Madam

Last night (27 January 2020), I was ****** at the FNB ATM at the Shell Garage by 2 black males. They distracted me and removed my card from the ATM. There was another lady whom this was done to at the similar time.

Shell Garage is a busy location however there seems to be an influx of ******** activity at the garage. Less than a month ago, another individual was ****** similarly.

What is Shell doing to curb the ******** activity on site? Why is there no security guards at the premises at night? How can management of the garage as well as Shell South Africa entertain this sort of behavior?

I do acknowledge that these professional ******* distracted me and got the better of me however it is unsettling to be placed in a position like this.

Can someone please address this as a matter of priority.
