I was de*****ed

On 06/09/2015 I stopped at Shell service station on the corner of Church and Transorange Street to fill up my car. I asked the petrol attenant to fill it up with R100 worth of 93ULP and he told me I must pay inside. After I left, 10km later my car ran out of petrol. That can only mean the attenant never put in any petrol because I know for a fact that my car is in good condition and on average my car does no more than 12l/100km and when I put R100 worth of petrol I get +/- 80km. Fortunately I was near Shell service station in Atteridgeville. I want to be reimbursed my money back. My Speed point Trace number is 444397
