I ‘SHELL’ NOT SUPPORT YOU ANY LONGER TIL YOU MAKE RIGHT

I filled up at Shell garage(Oak Glen) off Old Paarl rd, Bellville. I forgot my Vida E card at home and missed out on points to my card. I went home, returned and asked the manager whether I may still get the points and he point blank refused saying it’s too much PT. I told him that I have two vehicles that either use or fill up at this garage, but this Shell surely makes more than enough money even during these trying times. It’s sure lost me as a regular.

Furthermore, petrol attendants wear no protective equipment at all: no gloves, no masks, no shields, no sanitizer. Customers and patrons exchange money and cards but still Shell doesn’t care about its employees nor its patrons contracting Covid 19.

Not a good reflection on the brand...that manager / owner needs more than a klap!
