I once forgot my card back home-the supvsr/mngrs td me to leave my car as leverage behind for R100 petrol & treated me like a ******** despite numerously interacting wid me due to me being a local . On gettn upset, the mngnt shouted back at me & laughed at me with a dont care attitude. 2 dys ago, my tyre burst & being the closest, I visited the garage after a long time. The mngnt /sups AGAIN REFUSED to offer me any assistance to aid in changing a spare. Instd, I was td by the sup/ mngrs 'its not our job' to change tyres nor offered me any assistance - instd laughed on my face. I ended up driving in the dark with a burst tyre to the garage in Vlm who assisted me. When u go to Shell garage Ottawa, itd appear as tho they're ALWYS short staffed cos it takes so long to hv petrol filled forget oil, water change & othr services - its ATROCIOUS n SHOCKING!
