Horrific Customer Service

<p>On Friday 11th February 2017 at approximately 6:00 AM I proceeded to the Shell Service Station at Corner Level Road and Kiaat Street, Noordwyk Midrand Gauteng to fill petrol. This garage is usually busy or the staff just does not really have any sense of urgency. I waited patiently in line and when it came to my turn I suddenly noticed the petrol attendant completely ignoring me and rather serviced the car next to me. Ironically I was at the bay first and the car the attendant decided to offer service came in long after me. When I told the attendant I was here before that car, he arrogantly laughed and said “haha, I am just creating balance”. *** is that supposed to mean? I did not even end up filling petrol and just drove off and used another service station. Bear in mind this was in peak hour morning traffic. Absolutely pathetic customer service.</p>
