Horrible supervisor!!!! SHELL PORTLAND GARAGE

I would like to express my humiliation experienced not once but twice on encounter at this Shell Garage. I'm a regular customer who built a relationship with almost all the gentleman who would testify they gladly assist me following my regular petrol attendant (Themba) . Problem started when the poor guy saw me queuing while attending others before me that he greeted me as per usual, his supervisor harassed and asked him to focus not to come near me others are before me, I kept quiet on that that. I asked myself what triggered this " supervisor called me "Thembas sweetheart etc" u dismissed all that which even though I was uncomfortable as this is screams infront of other customers .

Today again around 17:30 I go with excitement to fill , the Themba again greets and asked me to move to next pump as there was a car attended by another attendant infront of me, a car gets in after me , that same supervisor do the same...shouts and yell at Themba to not come near me but assist the car that came after me rather

I ask myself is, maybe am I wrong using this petrol station...now a overall manager asked me what transpired as he heard the quarrel where I was asking this supervisor why is he asking attendant to service car that got after me..is it because he has a problem with a relationship I've built with Themba or its personal to do with me ever humiliating me when coming to their service station..he denied he even did the same last time which I've never even heard anyone saying I interrupted them getting service but he hates the poor attendant and makes him uncomfortable and myself as a customer . The guy makes almost all those boys working there uncomfortable and this came to me as today they didn't understand what made him to ensure I'm served after everyone .

Can you please sort this with that supervisor, he needs to respect customers and staff they still human after all There could be a reason we go there cos attendants like Themba respect us jot him to harass us infront of other customers. I wish he could be dealt with..I've kept quiet about this till its enough now
