Horrible services

I was at bushbuckridge shell garage. Asked the attended to pour petrol which he did. While i was driving off I noticed that the mater reader still stand on the same spot. I then asked how is this possible. Their response was it will go up I should drive off which I did. Went home hoping what I was told is a fact. To my surprise it didnt do as the said. I then decided to go back with the slip. When I got the, the called the manager by the name of desly, that lady did not help me with anything,in state she told me how do I know if is not my car's fault. I asked her is that possible as I just bought petrol yesterday at the shell in hazeview and the mater reader was working just fine, but now I am told that like I didnt pqy with mu own money. She did not have any interest in asisting me what so ever. She went in her office and left me standing like an idiot I was. After I asked for their head office number from the friendly casher, bless that guy.. The manager came out from the office with her cell phone on her ear, she then handed me the phone, I answered the phone, on the other line the was the owner of the garage, the funny thing is the own was rude like hell, he went on to say I am not his friend and he is a business man he has no time to waist. If such behaviour is tolerated by other customers I will not take that laying down. He went on to say I should what I think will help me. Is this the way to handle customers, if not how was he given the franchise when he things he is God to is. When he has the nerves to speak bto me like I went to the garage to buy with credit.. I used my own money and I choose that garage couwe I know the brand is a good well known brand. Hope this never happen to other customers.
