Horrible Service, No Soft S****s, What A WOW!

So I get to Shell, Century City and I accidentally drop money while pulling out my wallet from back pocket and it rolls under the fridge.

I explain to the lady that it was my last floating cash and I was going to pay with it. The lady at the counter, not wearing a name tag, tells me she cannot assist me. She doesn't even try to call someone to assist. I am told there is nothing she can do.

While I fetch my order, the supervisor approaches the counter and the lady explained to him what happened. He was also not wearing a name tag. I then go and explain again, guess what? I am told to pick it up myself if I really want it. He utterly refuses and tells me that I am a man. At this moment I am very stunned.

The lack of empathy from the staff was a real shocker, not that it's the first time this has happened there as I go there almost every day. They have this don't care attitude towards their customers.
