HORRIBLE SERVICE AT SHELL NHLAPO SERVICE STATION EVATON

I went to shell garage in Evaton (Nhlapo Service Station) along Adams road and i asked for LRP 93 since i am using an old model cressida which used what we used to call "super" for R200 . it was a card transaction at 13:58:18 on Sunday 2022-05-15. I drove out but along my trip i noticed that the slip was written LRP 95 instead of 93. I went back and spoke to the petrol attendent named Siyabonga who was the one that assisted me the first time. I explained to him why it had to be 93 and not 95. I was at the garage since 14:10. Siyabonga now changed his story to say he meant to print the slip written 93 not 95 , i asked to see the supervisor Abey Xego who tried to calm the situation but said nothing would happen to the car but i told him that since the car that i was using wasnt mine. I only left the garage at 16:00 after failure of my issue being resolved.i asked to see the footage but i was denied access, instead i was told that they would drain the petrol out. I waited there patiently for the mechanic who disappeared claiming he didnt have the right size to un***** the petrol tank. The petrol attendent was rude and didnt show any compassion. I was stacked there with a sick 1 month baby and I am in the middle of funeral preparations. I futhermore asked for the owner's contact details but i was denied that also. I want to know why Was I Denied the access to see the footage. Should I encounter problems with my vehicle will shell be liable for repaur costs? I will never recommend shell to anyone I know! I dont know if I was undermined because I am a woman I wouldn't see that he poured 95 instead of 93. I REQUIRE FURTHER INVESTIGATION INTO THE MATTER also allowing Nhlapo Service Station right to reply
