Horrible service at Shell Glenhove Petrol Station

The majority of staff /petrol attendants at Shell Garage - Rosebank Glenhove off Ramp in Johannesburg has such a bad attitude towards their work. When they come to assist you fill up your car, they drag their feet as if they do not want to be there. I drove away several times to get petrol elsewhere because I get impatient when I do not get service, in most cases it is not because there's other cars filling up but the guys just don't care to attend to customers. Yesterday morning on my way to drop off my child at school, I waited for 10 minutes before someone came to give me service, there literally 2 cars in each petrol pump and mine was the third. If I didn't know that those guys there have a stinking attitude to their work I would have gave the excuse that they are feeling cold, I could see them through the glass door of their little office, sitting as if contemplating if they should come out give service or not. One petrol attendant once said to me, "how about a tip?" I was shocked that I must tip someone for doing their job? Why is it an obligation? I do understand that maybe they are not getting paid a lot of money, but it should not be an obligation, I must give a tip because I have extra change on me, and mostly because I got great service. Some petrol stations you don't even have to ask for windscreen windows to be washed, tyre pressures to be checked, water, oil and so on. Petrol attendants who like being at work and are grateful to have some kind of job you can see that see they perform their duties with effort and love. I am writing this because I can no longer ignore or turn a blind eye to the behavior of the staff in that branch. Just two weeks ago I drove off without being serviced because the one petrol attendant was just standing in the next petrol pump starring into space with no care in the world. The second guy walked out of the shop straight to his colleague who was busy with a customer's car and decided to chit chat with him. I was very angry, there's people out there who have no jobs, who lost their jobs while others take their own jobs for granted.
