horrible disgusting experience shell garage kuilsriver

<p>I went to shell garage in kuilsriver van rebieck street 30 minutes ago , I waited for about 15 minutes for someone to come help us until we started to shout for help, a petrol attended by the name of Simba came to help. I asked him why they taking long to come to the car, his response was he doesn't have time to talk or explain to me , I asked him for his manager he said just go I dnt care I went to the shop , got a very nice teller who adv that she will look for manager , she came back with message that manager Deseree who is busy and can't come at the moment. I asked if what is shell's priority customers or what manager eventually came out after I was shouting !!we then asked petrol attendent I they dont use clicks club card he then said ***off!!</p> <p>I will never ever set foot at any shell garage because they have no respect for customers I've never been disgusted..</p>
