Honesty the best policy.
On my way back from Johannesburg, my wife and I stopped to refresh. We bought a few items from the convenient store and sat on the provided seating next to the filling courtyard. We then headed towards home, East London. About 40 km from the filling station, I realized I do not have my wallet any longer. I immediately turned the car around and headed back. To my very pleasant surprise, I asked the cashier if she saw a wallet, describing my wallet. She wanted to be certain I was the owner and asked for a more detailed description which I gave. She leaned over behind the counter and handed me the wallet with all my contents, drivers. credit cards, ID and the cash that was in the wallet which was just over R100. I asked her where they found it and she said the supervisor of the forecourt found it in the seating area and handed it in. His name was James(did not get his last name). To say the least, I was very pleased and appreciative, but I also had a solemn moment that moved me spiritually. So James thanks for your honesty and may God bless you and your family my friend. Should this message ever reach you pleased contact me, I have asked our Lord to give you a little more than the R100 I had in my wallet that day, stay safe my friend.
