Highly disappointed

Today I was sworn at by a cashier at Shell Dlamini in Soweto, I stood on the line for over 5 Min without receiving assistance and started asking questions and he gave me a very bad attitude. I kept asking why he wasn't assisting me he ended up saying ***/****. I'm very disappointed and I told him I was gonna report him. I asked for his name since he didn't have a name tag he told me to stop asking him amasimba that's what he said but on the recept it's written that I was assisted by George. Your staff needs proper customer service training.
