Harassment

I last week filled up my tank at Shell Wellington while filling up one of you attendants ask me to complete a questionnaire which I gladly did and gave Shell top rating because I have always received excellent service. While filling in I paid with my debit card and and heared my cell go off saying money R430 is reserved by Shell. The attendant then came to me saying but they didn't receive funds and my cellphone sms explained otherwise. I was then confronted by a rude and staunch Liezel who wanted to me to pay another R430 and I already had a R430 deducted from my account. So I refused tp pay until my funds were reimburesd by bank. I then told Liezel if their are any issues she can call me. She called me the next day and said they recieved no money I then checked my internet banking and showed that R430 is Reserved to Shell so I again said I would not pay until I recieve my money . She then again calls me this time I am in ABSA bank fortunatly and I explain what the consultant explained and even had her speak to consultant but she wanted MY BANK STATEMENT. WHO IS THIS LADY TO WANT MY BANK STATMENT if she just spoke to a consultant? SHE NOW WANTS TO MAKE CASE AGAINST ME!! GOODLUCK!!
