Harassed customer

Am so disappointed by the shell motors garage at lynnwood road, where I was trying to put fuel and harassed by one of petrol attendant. He was not willing to assit me and I asked him to be at least fast and telling me people are putting 9000 and will not comment and bcs am putting 90 cannot assist me effectively and efficiently. In the morning I called his manager to report she was not even willing to listen my story she just said she is viewing the camera and the attendant was not wrong. I need this matter to be sorted. I reported a matter to head office on the 08 July 2024 since they said they are still investigating.
