Great service at Shell Ridley Park

Great service from Jon at Shell Ridley Park in Queensburgh. Shell recently collaborated with Clicks to grant clubcard points, which i somehow wasnt receiving.

Jon quickly swung into action, and queried the missing points, even tho he is not from Clicks, or the points awarding system. He took ownership of the query, and gave feedback to the best of his ability, and promised further feedback when he has it. Done with expertise and friendliness - a true asset to the Shell team
