Go Well-DON'T go Shell

My local garage has been out of petroleum 3 times in about 5 weeks. So frustrating as I choose to use Woodburn Shell as it's on my direct route and I like the V+ rewards program. Phoned Shell Customer Care on 4 March.. Still waiting for the promised feedback. Just not going to bother going there again.. I'll go out of my way the first time and save myself the irritation.
