I hereby inform Shell South Africa of the following; 1. Complicity in *****, by acquiescence in non action of my legitimate and reasonable complaint, being overcharged by Oase Shell Service in Vryburg, North West Province, on the 21st of June 2018, @ 18h10. 2. This complaint has been communicated to your ***, website and email address on at least four (4) occasions! 3. Ditto for the Dept of Energy, that has also failed to address the issue concerned, to wit a Ms Majaja, (***)

4. All relevant documentary facts supp**** and are not in dispute, 5. What is highly disturbing, is that Shell South Africa is not capable of "doing Honest Business" in South Africa!!! Suffice to say, never again will Shell receive a " cent of my trade", you have outlived my patience, by your incapacity, inaction and failure to enforce Statutory Price Control, as required by Law!!!! We discovered this discrepancy this morning while accounting for monies spent, that need to claimed and or re-imbursed for services delivered!
