Forced to pay a fine for parking in a parking, alledgedly for ******* parking

<p>On Sa****ay, I stopped by the Shell garage next to Ellis Park Stadium to grab a meal at the Pizza shop in the retail store of The garage, at first they tried to stop me from parking at which point I informed them I am going into the shop. They advised me we have to book, I then inquired of the number where I can book to come to the shop but they gave me the number of the pizza shop. I then proceeded to enjoy my pizza and as time got closervto the match time a gentleman approached me to leave the parking to which I inquired if that was Shell policy to kick patrons out of the parking to which he arrogantly responded he is getting nowhere. As my friend arrived to collect me to accompany him to the stadium, I was approached again by another gentleman who asked me to pay if I want to leave the car there which I didnt mind but I asked him why didnt they treat me like others and he angrily said he will tow my car away and that he no longer wants my money as I will pay more later. After the match I approach the gentleman again to check why my car was clamped, he arrogantly ignored my request for a policy or rule that I have broken as well as the set penalty for such offence as there was no signage warning of such. Even ran away from us when I brought the Metro Police. For me this is very wrong as I only use Shell for my petrol car and this was due to my previous experiences. I was really humilited at this garage and after spending my money in their shop...the sad part is the customer care line has a message that they are only open on certain times meaning you are on your own if you have a probkem like I did on Sa****ay.....</p>
